Key elements for the successful candidate:
Account management for clients and suppliers to ensure excellent working relationships
To maintain positive and strong working relationships with other team and department members and Managing Director.
Excellent telephone manner and negotiation skills.
Dealing with any problems that may arise from submitted quotations
Writing reports and creating spreadsheets to control costs.
Ability to work to tight deadlines, possible outside of normal working hours.
Must be fully computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft products and 2D and 3D Design software e.g. AutoCAD, Fusion 360 etc.
To be able to work from visual media and samples.
To follow quotes through the entire process from initial enquiry, through production to delivery.
To have a close attention to detail and quality, of quotation and finished product.
